Belt Scale Controllers, Indicators and Weighing Integrators

WiseStone belt scale controllers, weighing indicators and integrators are designed for conveyor belt scales, weigh belt feeders, screw weigh feeders, coal feeders and loss-in-weight feeding systems. They help operators measure belt load, belt speed, flow rate, totalized weight and feeding output in one stable control platform.

For overseas projects, our controllers support common industrial requirements such as Modbus communication, automatic zero adjustment, dynamic calibration, multi-language display, alarm output and PLC integration. They can be supplied with a new WiseStone weighing system or used in retrofit projects where the mechanical belt scale frame already exists.
