Weigh Belt Feeders for Accurate Material Dosing

WiseStone weigh belt feeders combine a weighing conveyor, speed measurement and a dedicated controller to deliver continuous gravimetric feeding for bulk materials. They are built for factories that need stable feed rate control, batch totalizing and reliable material transfer rather than a simple conveyor.

Our belt weigh feeders handle powders, granules, flakes and irregular materials including fertilizer, cement additives, coal, minerals, plastics, food ingredients, animal feed and water treatment media. Feed ranges cover 20 kg/h to 2000 t/h, with belt widths from 300 mm to 2000 mm and belt lengths from 1.5 m to more than 10 m.

Accuracy: 0.25% to 1.0%, depending on material behavior, installation conditions and calibration method. Finish options include painted carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel for corrosive or wash-down environments.
