WSD6000RTU Belt Scale Integrator

The WSD6000RTU multi-channel intelligent belt scale instrument is a multi-CPU network system composed of an on-site collection and calculation unit, a terminal weighing controller and a touch screen. The on-site collection and calculation unit, which is composed of a 32-bit single-chip microcomputer, multiple 24-bit ADCs and a communication interface, accesses various sensor information such as on-site weight, speed, temperature, etc., and performs conversion and intelligent preprocessing; the terminal weighing controller is composed of a 32-bit computer and a high-speed network management system, and uses human-computer interaction to display information in a full Chinese character graphic interface on a high-definition color touch screen, which is very convenient to operate and calibrate. The multi-level information protection setting is safe and reliable, and a variety of switch quantity, analog input and output interfaces and communication interfaces support user information integration applications, factory networks and big data system construction.
