WSD-JGC Weigh Belt Feeder
Working Principle:
The belt weighing feeder detects the weight of the material on the belt using a weighing sensor located under the weighing scale frame. This sensor measures the weight of the material passing through the belt. A digital speed sensor, installed on the tail drum or rotating device, continuously measures the feeding speed. The pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the belt speed. The speed signal, together with the weight signal, is sent to the control instrument of the belt feeder, which generates and displays the instantaneous flow rate. The control instrument compares this flow rate with the set flow rate and sends a signal to the controller, which drives the variable frequency drive to adjust the motor speed, achieving the required volumetric feeding.
Industrial-Grade Intelligent Control Instrument:
The newly developed weighing control instrument for volumetric feeders uses the third-generation Farbond core weighing technology, a brand-new intelligent data algorithm, multiple AD channels, and high-precision PID system calculations, enabling faster, more accurate, and more stable weighing control.
High-Resolution Digital Pulse Speed Sensor:
A high-resolution digital pulse speed sensor directly connected to the tail drum measures the belt speed accurately. Signal amplification and software filtering of interference signals ensure that any false speed readings caused by belt slippage are eliminated before the signal is sent to the control instrument.
Dual-Sensor Direct Load Structure:
The dual-sensor + single idler roller direct load structure ensures stable operation and belt tension. This structure successfully solves errors caused by material imbalance and lever-based weighing.
