WSD-VX Small Flow Weigh Belt Feeder

The Small Flow Weigh Belt Feeder features a completely new mechanical structure specifically designed for lightweight materials, high-precision weighing instruments with an accuracy of 0.2%, and no need for re-calibration, ensuring long-term stable accuracy. Made of 304 stainless steel, the food-grade belt meets the high-precision measurement and batching requirements for materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

Product composition

Weighing Controller:

The entire system features EMC design with multiple feedback signal inputs and customizable parameter settings. It is suitable for DCS or PLC-based control batching systems.

1. Micro belt scale algorithm; weighing instrument algorithm software copyright.

2. Designed for low-density, low-flow, short-distance applications with dynamic zero-point tracking.

3. Short signal acquisition cycle, closed-loop PID single-cycle dual adjustment for quick stabilization.

4. High speed: Each channel achieves weight update check speed of 1000 times/second simultaneously.

5. High precision: Resolution can reach 1/100,000.

Control System:

Includes AD conversion module and imported communication modules; filtering circuits, high-frequency anti-interference circuits; electrical components from Schneider.

Centralized control mode: Remote control via central control (DCS) after communication.

On-site control mode: Control equipment activated on the local control cabinet of the feeder.

Maintenance control mode: Used by technicians for calibration and maintenance of the volumetric feeder.

Weighing Unit:

Specially designed scale body structure for lightweight materials, offering better overall stability and sensitivity; effectively covers the valid weighing range of the measurement area.

Conveying System:

Specially designed structure, offering good overall stability and suitable for lightweight materials; made from 304 stainless steel or precision aerospace aluminum, with side material baffles; includes tensioning device, cleaning device, and anti-deviation device.

Conveyor Belt:

Better strength and elasticity, long service life. Thickness, elasticity, and toughness are specially designed for these types of materials; food-grade belts are available.

Transmission Device:

Micro belt scale reducer, low inertia torque; stable operation, low noise, good heat dissipation, long service life; or equipped with high-precision servo motor.
