Due to the complex mechanisms and high-temperature environment, ordinary feeder weighing methods are unsuitable for high-temperature chain plate scales. The YB-LB clinker chain plate scale features a suspended structure, where the entire weighing frame remains in a balanced state, ensuring both high measurement accuracy and reduced temperature-related impacts on the weighing equipment.

The unique U-shaped skirt edge chain plate is made of 16 manganese steel with 4-5 mm thickness, pressed into shape by a special mold. It has a compact structure, smooth operation, and effective side skirts to prevent material leakage.

This module has an effective resolution of up to 1 million; an acquisition rate of 50 times per second; annual drift of less than 50 PPM; and temperature drift of less than 50 PPM.

The conveying mechanism uses large-pitch cast sprockets and single-side bent plate roller chains (P=100), which are treated through a special heat process for enhanced high-temperature and wear resistance. There is no misalignment during the conveying process.
