Working Principle:

The belt weighing feeder detects the weight of the material on the belt using a weighing sensor located under the weighing scale frame. This sensor measures the weight of the material passing through the belt. A digital speed sensor, installed on the tail drum or rotating device, continuously measures the feeding speed. The pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the belt speed. The speed signal, together with the weight signal, is sent to the control instrument of the belt feeder, which generates and displays the instantaneous flow rate. The control instrument compares this flow rate with the set flow rate and sends a signal to the controller, which drives the variable frequency drive to adjust the motor speed, achieving the required volumetric feeding.

Reliable and stable conveying weighing technology

Integrating the automatic deviation correction system and the real-time automatic compensation function of the belt thickness, supplemented by the unique belt tensioning device and the belt internal and external cleaning device, it effectively overcomes the influence of the belt sticking, makes the conveying structure run stably and maintenance-free for a long time, and also improves the stability of the weighing structure.

4 high-precision imported weighing sensors

The system uses 4 high-precision and high-stability imported weighing sensors with an accuracy of 0.02, which have simple structure, good sealing and stable performance. It greatly improves the feeder's ability to resist material overload. Due to the left-right symmetrical layout structure, material overload will not affect the measurement accuracy.

Belt tensioning, belt cleaning device and automatic deviation correction function

The gravity automatic tensioning device ensures constant belt tension, effectively reducing the impact of the belt on the measurement accuracy; the belt cleaning device promptly cleans the scale body of debris to prevent the belt from adhering to materials and affecting the accuracy; the automatic deviation correction function can automatically correct the belt and effectively prevent the belt from running off, which brings greater convenience to users.

Online calibration technology is truly maintenance-free

Automatically calibrate during operation without manual operation. Intelligent instruments track and verify correction coefficients, completely getting rid of the backward manual calibration method. It is the simplest and most convenient calibration method in the industry.
